Tree Funk Art is where wood, imagination, and a little bit of weirdness come together. Every piece starts with the natural shape, texture, and personality of the wood, then grows into something completely one of a kind. From detailed carvings and strange creatures to functional art, custom signs, and pieces inspired by nature, music, and the wonderfully unexpected, no two creations follow the same path.
The Tree also creates custom commissions for people who have an idea they want to bring into the physical world. Whether it starts as a meaningful symbol, a favorite animal, a wild dream, or just a rough thought that is hard to explain, the process is collaborative and open-ended. Kieffer the Carver is a ramblin’ man chainsaw artist from Central Pennsylvania, expressing his creativity through one-of-a-kind chainsaw creations inspired by his love for funky psychedelia.

When he’s not carving in Central PA, you can find him on the road—touring festivals, following his favorite bands, and gathering inspiration from the music, people, places, and weirdness he encounters along the way.
